Exterior Painting Project at Lake Union
One of our recently completed exterior painting projects was of this 4-story condominium building in Seattle near Lake Union. It was a bit tricky and required a boom lift to reach the upper railings and window trim. The exterior maintenance had been neglected for many years so quite a bit of prep was required to restore the buildings façade. Many areas needed to be treated to remove mildew and algae before pressure washing all surfaces. All the metal railings had to be sanded and painted, as well as some minor repairs to stabilize some of the railings that had come loose.
Sammy and his painting crew did a great job and the building looks fabulous. Great job guys!
